Uterine Fibroids Causes and Symptons

Uterine fibroids are a common health concern among a major population of Uterine Fibroidswomen. Uterine fibroids are benign, non cancerous tumours that originate within the uterus. They are also called fibroid tumors, leiomyomas, or myomas. They are made of the same muscle tissues as the uterus, though they tend to be hardened. This is possibly because uterine fibroids contain higher levels of estrogen than the surrounding uterine tissues. Some uterine fibroids may be so small that they can’t be felt even during an internal examination; some may be large enough to make a prominent bulge in your stomach.

The uterus is the perfect location for fibroids to thrive. Firstly, the purpose of the uterus is to hold the fetus. This means, it has the perfect environment for a mass of cells to reproduce and cause a hardened growth. Secondly, there is enough space for multiple fibroids to grow undetected. Apart from these factors, hormonal fluctuations, the thick endometric walls and a good supply of menstrual blood, all together form a hospitable environment for the fibroids to develop and flourish.

There are various factors that contribute to the formation and subsequent growth of uterine fibroids. For instance, the genetic construction in some women makes them more susceptible to fibroids than others. Thankfully, genetic research shows that these constructions can be altered and thereby the condition can be overcome. Again, an unwholesome diet usually causes hormonal imbalances, which, in turn disturb the removal of toxic waste from the body. Lack of nutrition usually lowers the body’s defenses and therefore makes one vulnerable to fibroids. When the immune system is weak, the body is unable to tackle problems of toxic accumulation and hormonal imbalance. Prolonged exposure to toxins, through our food, our water and our air, leads to a toxic build up in the body. This makes the body more vulnerable to fibroids. Finally, insulin resistance is a stage where the cells in one’s body are less responsive to the insulin hormone thus resulting in abnormal blood sugar. These fluctuations in the blood sugar levels lead to uterine fibroids.

Uterine fibroids may be of various types, namely:

. The Subserous Fibroid- This is the most common kind of fibroid. It develops on the outer walls of the uterus and tends to grow bigger and more painful during menstruation.

. The Submusocal Fibroid- This kind of fibroid can be found very deep inside the uterus. Often, the only solution for relief from this type is surgery. It causes excessive bleeding (often leading to hemorrhage) and can cause a lot of pain.

. The Intramural Fibroid- The intramural fibroid grows exactly on the walls of the uterus. It displays the characteristics and symptoms of both subserous and submusocal fibroids.

. The Pedunculated Fibroid- These fibroids are attached to the uterine walls by a stalk like growth referred to as the peduncle. They don’t usually display any symptoms, but can be felt during internal examinations.

Women with uterine fibroids exhibit several symptoms. Some of these are, excessive menstrual flow, excruciating cramps accompanied with fever and nausea, bloating, pain during intercourse and severe abdominal pressure. Uterine fibroids tend to cause several problems to the sufferers such as urinary problems, pregnancy and fertility related problems and even depression due to hormonal imbalances.

Now that you know all about uterine fibroids, it is important to know that there is a cure. A wise and healthy way of dealing with this condition is to approach it in a holistic manner. Holistic treatments examine your body as a whole and heals the condition using a multi-dimensional approach in a safe and natural way. Holistic treatments aim at building a strong immune system, and also enhance your mental and spiritual strength, to equip your body to cure itself of the disease. Thus, say, by combining a healthy diet with exercise and meditation, you can strengthen your mind and body, eliminate the existing fibroids and permanently prevent further fibroids from developing. Holistic treatment not only provides a complete relief from the condition but also permanently keeps further fibroids from developing.

There are various factors that underlie the real cause of uterine fibroids. There are primary causes that contribute to the development of the fibroids in the uterus, and then there are secondary causes that contribute to the aggravation of these present fibroids. There might even be external factors like, emotional upheavals, which disrupt the normal balance of the body and make you vulnerable to such diseases.

Causes
Some of the primary factors that can be said to be the real causes of uterine fibroids are listed below:

1. Genetic Predisposition- The genetic construction in certain women makes them predisposed to abnormal metabolic cell activity. Women suffering from dysfunctional metabolisms are therefore more susceptible to conditions like uterine fibroids than others. Fortunately, such genetic predisposition can be changed. Genetic research shows that genetic constructions can be altered and influenced to one’s advantage. By taking control of the internal and external environments that affect your body, you can reform your actual genetic tendencies and thereby overcome the disease.

2. Poor Dietary Practices- A healthy, complete diet is essential for a fit and active life. This is especially vital for women, as the slightest negligence can greatly affect the body’s internal balance. Thus, low intake of fruits and vegetables and excessive intake of refined carbohydrates and toxic foods create problems like hormonal imbalance, lowered immunity and poor digestion. Under such conditions, uterine fibroids can develop more easily.

3. Weakened Immune System- Poor diet, inadequate rest, stress, toxic accumulation, excessive use of medications- all contribute in lowering the immunity of the body. This makes the body highly vulnerable to the condition as the body cannot work towards balancing the hormones or eliminating the toxic waste within the body.

4. Accumulation of Toxins – In our daily life, we are constantly exposed to toxins- in the food we eat, the water we drink or even the air we breathe. This leads to the accretion of toxins in our blood, lymph, kidneys and colon. These toxins then cause ovary damage, infertility and dysfunctional hormones. Some environmental toxins can even lower one’s progesterone levels. All of these factors greatly increase the body’s susceptibility and make one prone to uterine fibroids.

5. Insulin Resistance- When the cells in one’s body are less responsive towards the insulin hormone, insulin resistance is caused. This negatively impacts the insulin dependent mechanisms in the body. To counter the impassivity of the cells, the pancreas starts producing more and more insulin. Chronically high levels of insulin in the body cause production of male hormones like testosterone and thus stimulate the development of uterine fibroids.

6. Hormones- Uterine fibroids have been known to thrive on hormones like estrogen and progesterone. In fact, the fibroids contain higher levels of estrogen than their surroundings. During pregnancy and menstruation, estrogen levels are at their highest. This is usually the time when the fibroid condition is at its worst. A lot of women have discovered that upon reaching menopause, the fibroids shrink, or sometimes, even disappear.

Since the real causes of uterine fibroids are complex, it goes to follow that their treatment should also be multidimensional. A wide variety of treatments, ranging from simple medicinal drugs to complex surgeries, are available for addressing uterine fibroid symptoms. However, if you are looking for a safe and natural form of remedy, it is best to take a holistic approach to your condition.

Holistic treatment is aimed at treating your body as whole and attacking the root of the condition, instead of only taking into account the affected part of your body. For instance, a proper diet combined with suitable exercise and intake of medicinal herbs strengthens the body’s immunity and mental and emotional stamina, rectifying problems of stress, toxic accumulation and other factors that stimulate growth of fibroids. Thus holistic treatment not only eliminates the existing fibroids but also permanently prevents further fibroids from developing. Through holistic treatment, your body is equipped to fight various conditions and restore itself to a state of health and well being.

Symptons

Recognizing the symptoms of a disease is the first step towards a proper diagnosis and timely cure. Thus, understanding the underlying signs and symptoms of uterine fibroids, can go a long way in getting timely help and thus stopping further growth and development of the fibroids. Usually, the presence of one or two small fibroids in the uterus is hardly noticeable. It is when larger fibroids begin to develop, or the fibroids grow in number within the uterus, that it becomes immensely uncomfortable and problematic. This is when your body starts displaying certain uterine fibroid symptoms that you must be able to identify.

Uterine fibroids symptoms tend to be painful and distressing. Some of these symptoms are:

. Bleeding- This is the most obvious sign to show the presence of fibroids in your uterus. Conspicuous fibroids in the uterus tend to cause a uterine congestion. This leads to blockage of normal menstrual flow, which in turn causes the blood to flow heavily when released. Fibroids can also cause prolonged bleeding, bleeding in between menstrual cycles, heavy clotting and spotting. The bleeding can even be extremely painful. If excessive and prolonged bleeding remains unchecked, it can cause anemia.

. Pain- One in every three women affected with fibroids claim to feel a pain associated with their condition. Since fibroids are foreign to your body, the uterus will often try to expel them from within. This causes excruciating cramps. Again, if a fibroid happens to degenerate because it couldn’t get enough blood, the uterus painfully reacts to the dead cells. Many a times, the stalk like growth, with which the fibroid attaches itself to the uterus, might twist, causing severe pain in and around the pelvic region. Fibroids even cause pain during sexual intercourse. In some cases, the fibroids are so large that they start to press against the muscles of the lower back region causing pain in the back and in the legs.

. Pressure- As fibroids grow in size, they tend to put pressure on the uterus and the abdomen. Large fibroids also put pressure on the urinary bladder as a result of which one feels the urge to urinate frequently. This is a very bothersome uterine fibroid symptom. To make matters worse, many a times, there’s a possibility of the fibroids pressing the uterus against the pelvic bones. This leads to a drastic decline in the flow of urine and subsequently causes serious kidney problems.

. Infertility and Pregnancy Related Problems- As fibroids grow bigger in size and increase in number, they begin to obstruct the sperm from reaching the egg by compressing the fallopian tube. In a case where fertilization does manage to occur, the inflammation in the uterus is so extreme that the fertilized egg is unable to plant itself safely. Due to an increase in estrogen and progesterone levels in the body during pregnancy, there’s a high chance of the fibroids developing further and causing severe discomfort and pain.

. Emotional Upheavals- Very often, the emotional or mental symptoms are completely ignored while only the physical or bodily symptoms are paid attention to. The hormonal imbalances, the painful cramps and the prolonged periods of menstruation very often cause stress, depression and “mood swings”. If you feel frequent emotional upheavals, do not underestimate them as they may very well be signaling the presence of fibroids.

If you are facing any of these major uterine fibroids symptoms, you must consult your gynecologist or any other health care professional immediately. While there are a wide variety of treatments to choose from, it is best to approach the problem in a holistic fashion. Holistic treatments are safe, and can be surely considered as an option. For example, complementing herbal therapy with a proper diet and therapeutic meditation helps to tackle fibroid causing factors like hormonal imbalance, lowered immunity and stress.

Holistic treatments take into account all the contributing factors of uterine fibroids and helps to not only remove the existing fibroids but also permanently prevents the development of fibroids in the future. With holistic treatments, your body will be able to rejuvenate itself from within and restore itself to a state of health and well being.

Cellulite Reduction

True Cellulite Treatment – 6 Insider Tips for Cellulite Reduction

- by Joey Atlas, Author of Amazon Bestseller – ‘Fatness to Fitness’
—————————————————————————————————————————————
True Cellulite Treatment – 6 Insider Tips for Cellulite Reduction…

1 – You must stop sitting on your ass all day long, Sweetheart… It’s a known fact that sitting on your ass all day makes it bigger, fatter and wider – creating more area, a larger canvas shall we say, for nasty cellulite to ’show up’. And, I’m willing to bet the more sitting you are doing the less exercise you are doing. Am I right or am I right?

2 – You gotta stop working out like a freakin’ nut job… You can exercise ’til you cripple yourself and pass out – But that doesn’t mean you’ll get rid of your depressing cellulite. Yes, exercise does help get rid of cellulite, its one of the few things (arguably the only way) that does work in this regard – BUT it must be the right type of exercise program – If it is not, you’ll just be wasting your time, risking possible injury (and possibly making the cellulite worse). I’ve seen this happen time and time again over the years. And I still see women doing this.

3 – [One of my personal favorites] Have a lot of sex… I’m not suggesting you to start acting like an easy fluzy – or is it floozie? Whatever it is – you know what I’m talking about. If you are in a good relationship – then put some more emphasis on the ‘physical’ part of it. And don’t be a bump on a log who just lays there and takes it without expending some of your own energy.

If you want the true benefits of definite cellulite reduction – you have to take the ‘bull’ by the horns (or ‘the horn’ in this case) and work it good. There are many great positions and pleasurable movements that will allow you to break a good sweat as you work out your butt, hip and thighs – OH YEAH BABY! (your significant other can send me a personal ‘thank you’ via the comment section of this blogsite ;-) ) (NOTE – my third book, destined to be a bestseller, will be titled ‘Sexual Fitness’). ;-) ) – not sure if there’ll be any photos yet…

4 – Quickly disown your dear mother… If you have cellulite – there’s a good chance you’re blaming your innocent mom for it. This is a load of bs – it doesn’t matter what your mom’s rear end and thighs look like – you are not her and she is not you. Understand? – so you can forget about the lame genetic excuse – despite what your friend’s, brother’s sister in law is telling you about ‘genetics’. Next time you talk to your mom – ask her what she has tried to do about her cellulite problem.

And she’ll say something like – “Oh, darling – I’ve tried everything for this cottage cheese on my lower body – the creams, the body wraps, the pills that gave me the GI condition – even those plastic undergarments. It’s horrible – your father hasn’t made love to me with the lights on in about 35 years, maybe longer – now that I think about it – the rotten son of a bitch hasn’t made love to me in 35 years with the lights off either! Anyhow – why do you ask sweetheart?”

Then you ask her – “Well mother, have you ever tried the Cellulite Reduction version of the Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover from Joey Atlas? – They call him ‘The Ladies’ Trainer’ – and he’s a hottie too.”

And she’ll say, “Honey, you know I was never one for the gym and lifting weights and doing those machines. Is Joey related to Charles by any chance?”

And you’ll say, “Ok mom, you obviously haven’t done Joey’s exercise program – because his program doesn’t even involve weights and machines – you can do his whole program at home. I guess there is hope for me after all. I gotta go, mom – I’m ordering Joey’s program – talk to you later. Hey, one last thought – maybe you should try Joey’s program – Who knows maybe you’ll get lucky with dad, again…”

5 – Make these super simple tweaks to your daily nutrition… Reduce your sodium (salt) intake, reduce/eliminate your intake of artificial (chemical) sweeteners and food additives, make olive oil part of your daily nutrition, hydrate (drink water or like fluids) consistently, every day.

6 – Get started right now with the Lower Body Exercise Program

Hair Loss in Women

Hair Loss in Women: When Every Day Is a Bad Hair Day

Television commercials for hair products can throw women into the depths of despair. Long beautiful trusses are swaying from side to side on some gorgeous model’s head, shiny, thick and beautiful. Most of us wish we had hair like that but will get by with our own, as long as we can style it in a manner acceptable by society.

Normally, humans lose about 100 – 150 strands of hair a day. This is the natural cycle of hair growth, hair dormancy and then hair loss. Only about 10 percent of our hair is actually dying or falling out at any one time. For women who are losing significant amounts (handfuls at a time) or whose hair loss is creating such thinning that the scalp is clearly visible, leaving the house can often become a major trauma. On come the hats, scarves or wigs and the worry that one will come off and expose the ugliness beneath.

Add to this the loss of self-image and the constant worry about more hair loss, and there is one miserable person under that head camouflage. Social life is affected – who wants to attend parties and functions when she is miserable about how she looks? While significant hair loss is somewhat due to heredity, there are a number of treatable or temporary conditions which cause it as well.

A woman facing this condition needs to have it evaluated by a physician, to determine the root (pardon the pun) cause. While heredity may be a factor, there are hundreds of other causes, most of which are treatable. For hair loss that is permanent, there are yet the additional methods of replacement.Medical research is rapidly “closing in” on prevention measures, and it is quite possible that there will be some wonder drug available in the near future.

As we speak, there is this very effective hair regrowth herbal supplement that goes by the name Provillus. Provillus is an oral supplement, which works to block DHT, a form of testosterone that is responsible for 95 percent of hair loss. It also works to stimulate the scalp and bring dead follicles back to life. You can use Provillus as a preventative tool, starting the program before hair loss becomes severe, or you can use it after DHT has already begun to take hold of your hair and scalp. You can get it at www.provillus.com.

However, a lot of money is going into the research, the most promising being in the areas of cloning or reversing the process. The good news is the hair follicles are still there; the problem is they have become so tiny, new hair cannot grow. If researchers can find a way to open the follicle up again or to block the process of shrinking, hair loss can be both prevented and reversed. In the meantime, splurge with some wigs while treating with Provillus.

They are far more acceptable than toupees for men, and are often considered a fashion accessory. Hair extensions are also a temporary “fix” but be careful not to cause damage to what hair is left. Fortunately, the common patterns of hair loss for women are not the same as for men. It usually begins at parts (they get wider) or in the frontal area of the head. This allows for creativity in hairstyle, by parting or styling differently. For more information visit Provillus Site.

Total Curve – Better Than Reconstruction Surgery?

Total Curve – Better Than Reconstruction Surgery?

You’ve heard about breast implants. And you probably know someone who’s been affected by breast cancer. A mastectomy is one of the more common ways to treat this killer of women.

Safety counts, always. If you’re affected by breast cancer, listen to your doctor. And if he or she suggests a partial or full-mastectomy, then for your health and well-being, do it.

Once it’s done, however, some women feel less than complete, missing part of or a complete breast. Many women undergo breast reconstruction surgery to treat this issue. And while the psychological benefits of such a procedure are well-known, a new study suggests that breast reconstruction surgery can have major implications, particularly related to the stomach.

Meanwhile, Total Curve is a natural, two-step breast enhancement therapy, consisting of a Daily Supplement and a Lifting & Firming Gel. And it’s got a secret weapon that makes Total Curve an attractive option for women looking to add lift and volume – Volufiline™ is clinically proven to increase breast size by up to 8.4% in less than 60 days.

The Goods On Breast Reconstruction Surgery

According to a new survey, women who pursue breast reconstruction surgery to address loss of breast size and appearance from a mastectomy are generally happy with the results and report increased feelings of sex appeal and well-being.

The survey, published in the online edition of Cancer, a journal of the American Cancer Society, consisted of 51 women, each given a questionnaire three weeks after the surgery, and again three months after they’d done the procedure. As most of the women indicated, they had no regrets. The women felt better about their bodies, their health and their sex appeal.

About ten per cent of the women had major complications. “Major” was defined as an unexpected return to the hospital. All of the women recovered from the procedure, complications or not. Yet, researchers noted that the surgery came with unforeseen consequences.

Tummy Trouble…And Not the IBS Kind

Breast reconstruction surgery requires a donor site from which to take tissue. That donor site is typically the abdomen. And as the researchers found, many of the women experienced significant loss of abdominal strength.

That’s not the end of the world. But as the study suggests, it presented an ongoing inconvenience to the women. Such deterioration of the stomach muscles might, for example, make it difficult to pick up groceries or a child.

Lack of abdominal strength could also make it difficult to get out of bed. Instead of sitting up, as she used to, a woman might have to roll out of bed.

How Total Curve Might Help

For women interested in breast reconstruction, Total Curve presents an attractive option.

Let’s review how it might help.

Total Curve is formulated to increase breast volume and reduce sagging. While it’s unlikely that Total Curve will dramatically increase breast size in women who’ve completely removed a breast, it’s very possible that it can increase volume in women with partial breast removal. And it can improve appearance.

Volufiline contains sarsasapogenin, which stimulates lipogenesis.

That’s an important point, because during lipogenesis, fatty tissues grow within the breasts, for more volume and better lift.

In women looking for fuller, more pleasing breasts after a mastectomy, that may just be what they’re looking for. At a fraction of the cost of reconstructive surgery, and without the complications. You can still get out of bed. No rolling required.

Thyroid and Hair Loss

What is thyroid disease?

A thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland located in the lower part of the neck. The gland produces hormones that are released by thyroids called Triodothyronine, (t3), and thyroxin, (t4).

There are two kinds of thyroid disease relevant to hair loss, Hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism. Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism are mostly found in women.

Hyperthyroidism is a condition that overly produces thyroid hormone by an enlarged thyroid gland, which diffuses hair loss. The most common cause of hyperthyroidism is called Graves’ disease, an autoimmune condition resulting in over producing thyroid hormone by an enlarged gland. Women between their twenties and thirties are mostly infected with hyperthyroidism.

Hypothyroidism is a condition that doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormone. The most common cause of hypothyroidism is called Hashimoto’s disease, antibodies that attacks the thyroid causing destruction towards the thyroid hormone production.

CAUSES OF THYROID DISEASE

The signs and symptoms of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism have some similarities, yet there are some differences. Hyperthyroidism causes loose bowel movement but hypothyroidism causes constipation. Heat is more tolerant with hyperthyroidism. Cold is however more tolerant in hypothyroidism.

The one thing these two types of thyroid diseases have in common is they both are the major causes of hair loss. Some symptoms of hyperthyroidism are weight gain or loss, excessive perspiring, fatigue, leg swelling, emotional changes and oily skin. Symptoms of hypothyroidism include weight gain, depression, the swelling of eyelids, hands and feet, muscle aches and dry skin.

Studies have shown that millions of Americans have been affected with a thyroid disease. Some have been diagnosed while others with thyroid infections are undiagnosed.

Hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism are autoimmune thyroid diseases that changes the natural body production between it’s tissues, organs and glands. The antibodies destroys the thyroid or makes it overly productive. If you have one autoimmune disease you can easily increase the risk of attracting another autoimmune disease. Hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism are two of the most common problems of thyroid development. Triodothyronine and thyroxin are hormonal thyroids that deliver energy to the cells of the body.

How to Get Pregnant

Have you ever wondered how to get pregnant? This question evokes varying responses from different people. Romance and emotion do play their part in the decision of having a baby. However, it is not uncommon to feel pained and frustrated, especially among the couples who are not able to become parents). Ideas of a kinky nature are bound to come to such couples.

Most newly wed couples take adequate protection against having a baby too quickly. However, in a matter of months, even as the duo is still getting to know each other properly, the eagerness to conceive a kid increases. This is hardly surprising, given the natural instinct of motherhood in ladies. A wife always wants to become a mother, since that gives her a sense of fulfillment. Thus, even in a fiercely competitive world, where the cost of everyday living runs into thousands, the craving for a baby remains high.

However, the females need to know how to get pregnant in a proper, healthy manner. The welfare and healthiness of both the mother and the kid, who would be seeing the light of the world soon, is of paramount importance. Hence, a careful perusal of the following discussion is necessary:

• Women should start preparing to become a mother, at least 3 to 4 months prior to the actual delivery,
• Holistic measures for the maintenance of good health conditions is necessary for both the mother and child,
• A soon-to-be-mother should completely shun smoking and drinking habits,
• It is of paramount importance that no drugs of intoxication are consumed,
• Healthy, adequate nourishment is extremely necessary for women at these times. This is because both the pre-delivery and post-delivery periods are generally rather stressful for them, and
• For maintaining the desirable health conditions, minerals, proteins (that are easy to digest) and minerals should be consumed in adequate amounts.

It is also crucial to pay heed to some other important factors. Some such factors are:

Thorough knowledge of one’s own body ? The period of ovulation in a woman is the ideal time for her to conceive a baby. Thus, she should be aware of the time of ovulation. There are, fortunately, many ways to find out what the time of ovulating would be. The ‘Post Ovulation Time’ (also termed the Luteal Phase) has to be estimated. This period, i.e., the time between ovulating and the date of commencement of the menstrual cycle, generally is fixed at 14 days in most women. The period starts after the length of the Luteal Phase, or 14 days after the occurrence of ovulation. There is an alternative way to find out the period of ovulation, which is based on the Basal Body Temperature method (i.e., the BBT technique). In this method, the temperature of the vagina is recorded by a specially-made BBT thermometer. This is done everyday in the morning. During the period of ovulation, this temperature rises significantly, and such increases can be easily tracked. For higher chances of conceiving a baby, sexual intercourse at these times is ideal.

When does sexual union helps in conception the most? ? This information is necessary, since it ensures that the sperms of the best quality enter the female body at the time of ovulation. Sperms should have quick reaction time when a woman ovulates. Hence, fresh sperm is required to be present in the body of the female immediately before ovulating. However, there may occur certain problems in the sperm of the males too. In such cases, men should not be releasing sperms, for a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled day of sexual union. These data is extremely important, in case you are wondering how to get pregnant.

The ideal frequency of lovemaking for higher chances of conceiving ? Among other factors, a correct estimate of the ovulation period in women and the overall physique of men determine the ideal frequency of sexual union. There is a school of thought that, sperm count goes down, with a resultant weakening of the male sperm, if intercourse is held everyday. Conversely, others tend to think that the male sperm becomes ineffective, old and stale (with much lower potency) if it remains within the testicles, due to prolonged periods of abstinence. It is generally recommended that, sexual union, during the period of female ovulation, should be held about once in every 2 days.

It is always better to provide holistic solutions to the question of how to get pregnant. Such an approach helps to gain an insight about the inner workings of our body, and the reasons for not conceiving earlier. It also comes up with several usable solutions to this problem, including medicines and herbs of Chinese origin as well as changes in eating habits and overall lifestyle.

Suitable exercise methods and, if required, acupuncture is also recommended. Unlike the conventional methods, the holistic approach has no adverse side effects, and has a much higher chance of providing the desired results. Hence, in these cases, holistic approach works much better than conventional ways.

Uterine Fibroids

Uterine fibroids are a common health concern among a major population of women. Uterine fibroids are benign, non cancerous tumours that originate within the uterus.
